Walking Tour en Español: Roosevelt Island

Join us for a walking tour of Roosevelt Island en español. Home of an ex-insane asylum, an old small pox hospital, and the city’s iconic cable car system, it’s sure to be a jam packed day! We may even catch some of the cherry blossoms in bloom if we’re lucky. After the event we’ll head to Queens for one of our favorite, authentic lunch spots. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hone your Spanish skills, meet great people and have fun!
Who: Open to anyone; tour will be in Spanish with some English for clarification.
Where to met: We’ll meet at the entrance to the Roosevelt Island Tramway located at E 59th St & 2nd Avenue at 12:15 pm and ride over. There’s sure to be amazing views of the city and East River from the tram so please don’t be late!

How much: $20 in advance +2.75 for tram ride (you can use a metro card). Pay here!
