Easy Podcast: El camino del Inca que unió a todo un imperio

Qhapaq Ñan, also known as Camino del Inca, was an extensive and sophisticated network of roads that connected the full length of the Incan empire.

This advanced road system allowed for the quick and efficient exchange of communications and goods and the safe passage of people and animals all across the Inca territory.

This carefully engineered network included pavement, stairways, bridges, retaining walls, and water drainage and it ran through modern-day Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile.
