Francisco José de Goya y Lucientes, ‘Goya’, is considered the most important Spanish artist of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Goya enjoyed immense recognition during his life time is often referred to as both the last of the Old Masters and the first of the moderns. Museo del Prado holds the best collection in the world on Goya’s paintings. During our virtual visit, we’ll learn about the ‘Dark Paintings’ and the social and historical context of the Spanish society at that time.
Tour will be conducted mainly in Spanish with English for clarification.
