Our policies and how to register:

Type of classes:
* One-on-One: Each one-on-one class is 45 minutes long.
* Face-to-face: Classes are held at our Manhattan facilities or at your office or home.
* Live-on-line: Classes are held via the Internet by qualified Easy Español instructors.

Scheduling:
* Once you have purchased any class we will call you in order to arrange your class schedule.

Class changes and cancellations:
* To cancel individual or a series of sessions, students must notify Easy Español at least 24 hours before the day the session is scheduled otherwise the class will be charged.
* Private one-on-one classes can be scheduled at your convenience for up to six months after registration depending on our availability.
* All small group courses dates are as indicated no make-up classes may be scheduled for these courses.

Payments:
* For your convenience we accept most credit cards in addition to cash and checks. You can pay either by our online automatic payment system (PAYPAL), by phone or in person.
